Group Classes

Yoga Tangalle is a yoga studio based in Tangalle running daily yoga, meditation and healing sessions.

We offer 90 minutes long classes in the morning and the afternoon.

Morning classes tend to be more energising such as Hatha yoga or Vinyasa flow, building heat in the body as the sun rises in the sky above the shala. Evening classes will often be slower paced, such as a gentle Hatha or Yin sequence, designed to help you unwind and relax.
