Reiki Healing

Reiki is an energy-based healing method that channels universal energy through the practitioner to the recipient for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The healer serves as a conduit, allowing the energy to flow freely to where it is needed.

Initiations Reiki I and II

Participants will receive initiation into Reiki levels I and II. Upon completion, each participant will receive a certification.

In Reiki I, participants will learn self-healing techniques and how to heal others in their physical presence.

Reiki level II will deepen your Reiki knowledge and provide you with tools to work with Reiki energy from a distance. You will learn how to perform distant healing to aid those who are not physically present.

Embodied Yin

Embodied Yin is slow, intuitive practice in which we deepen through poses and breath into the essence of ourselves. Long holds in the asana poses invites grounding and listening of our bodies as they are. Between poses, we explore slow, intuitive movement and arrive eventually into stillness. Suitable for all levels.

Somatic movement & Singing bowls

Somatic movement and singing bowls is a slow-based, intuitive practice in which we deepen into  the essence of ourselves through simple, gentle movements and poses. The practice will be accompanied by the sound of Tibetian singing bowls. The sound carries a vibration which helps you to harmonize and arrive at the moment and yourself.
Between poses, we explore slow, intuitive movement and arrive eventually into stillness and deeper relaxation of the poses. Suitable for all levels.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes stillness and tranquility. This practice involves holding poses for several minutes while the body is completely relaxed, allowing for deeper observation of physical sensations and an approach to mental and physical stillness. Breath is used as a tool to find mental space and relaxation, leading to a calming of the breath, body, and mind.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that emphasizes movement and flow. This practice links poses with breath to create a seamless sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. The flowing nature of Vinyasa yoga promotes physical detoxification and mental clarity. The synchronizing movement and breath create a meditative state, leading to a calming of the mind and increased focus and inner peace.
