You can find the Yoga Tangalle studio in the beautiful space of Hidden Garden hotel. Located at Marakolliya Beach in Tangalle, Hidden Garden is a silent oasis bordering a lagoon and paddy fields, 40 metres from the sea. As soon as you walk into the garden, you feel as though you are stepping into another world. Overflowing with nature and wildlife – peacocks, porcupines and giant squirrels to name a few – Hidden Garden is the perfect location for taking time out, so that you can fully journey within. You can enjoy the serenity of the pool or relax on the beach which is just a minute’s walk away, or even paddle out on the lagoon in a kayak.
