Yin yoga

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that emphasizes movement and flow. This practice links poses with breath to create a seamless sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. The flowing nature of Vinyasa yoga promotes physical detoxification and mental clarity. The synchronizing movement and breath create a meditative state, leading to a calming of the mind and increased focus and inner peace.

  • 06:40 – 07:45 Silent Meditation (optional)
  • 08:00 – 09:30 Vinyasa yoga practice
  • 09:45 – 10:45 Brunch
  • Free time for beach or optional excursion to the temple
  • 17:00 – 18:30 Yin practice / 15:00 – 16:30 Yin practice 16:45 Kayaks
  • 18:30 Dinner
