Connect with your inner Qi
Let your energy flow to heal your body and soul
Join us on a transformative journey. Where we learn how to cultivate the energy flow in the body with Qigong and Yin Yoga. This retreat will help you to find your balance, peace and inner potential.
Introduction for itinerary
This retreat is perfect for you if you want to find and recognize your inner potential and balance. We will practice two seemingly different techniques: Qi Gong and Yin yoga. Both of these practices take their wisdom from Traditional Chinese medicine. Qi Gong and yin yoga perfectly complement each other.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a system of techniques that have beneficial effects on our muscles, tendons, joints, breath and mind. In doing so, it harmonizes the energy called Qi that flows in our body. Through practice, we also release the energy pathways – the meridians – and the life-giving energy – Qi – then flow freely as it should. This brings us health and psychological balance.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes stillness and tranquility. This practice involves holding poses for several minutes while the body is completely relaxed, allowing for a deeper observation of physical sensations and an approach to mental and physical stillness. The breath is used as a tool to find mental space and relaxation, leading to a calming of the breath, body, and mind.
